Welcome to Panistis!
Panistis is a space of great sentimental value for our family. It features a traditional wood-fired oven, over 200years old, the first of its kind in the neighborhood, where people gather to bake and share both joyful and challenging moments.
In honor of these gatherings, we named the apartment Panistis, after the tool used to place and removed bread from the oven, a symbol of community, tradition and warmth.
